Peeping Into the Present

Little Bow Peep how she played with her sheep till they turned into clouds colored yellow and pink. She toiled in the sunlite's tender tempting rays and smiled as the grass told her tales of its days. The wind wants to know if she is ready to go or if she will wait for new sheep to find her. With a nod of her head, she lets go of the residual dread that surrounds her. She inhales a breath to carry her courage and climbs into the sun-soaked canary carriage. Her heart's wings beating wild to begin again, somewhere she is free to wander until the very end...
