Lay your body on it and breathe.

Can you sneak inside,

Find all the ways to interact with it,

To become part of its story.

Memorise a small detail,

Capture this in a single flash.

Wring all the inspiration you can out of it.

Leave no stone unturned,

Learn it’s history,

Be kind to it.

Drown in possibilities’ past,

Present.

Past down,

Rest a hand on the object.

Say thank you,

To from what it was made,

For the art it stirred inside you,

The solace art brings to others.

And then leave it,

Where you found it,

And continue forward.
